Q: What inspired you to expand into commercial real estate with SVN?
A: My clients kept asking for it! Many of my luxury homeowners are also successful business owners and investors. Joining SVN Northern Commercial lets me serve them across their entire portfolio — from the home they love to the assets that fund their legacy.


Q: How does your approach differ between luxury residential and commercial?
A: The emotions are different, but the excellence is the same. Luxury homes are about lifestyle and storytelling. Commercial is about numbers, timing, and scale. I switch gears effortlessly because both require obsessive preparation and fierce advocacy.


Q: Favorite Indianapolis neighborhoods right now?
A: Geist and Carmel for luxury living. Avon, Plainfield, and Whitestown for commercial — the I-65/I-70 corridors are exploding with distribution, manufacturing, and multifamily demand.


Q: Biggest trend you’re watching in 2025–2026?
A: Sustainable smart estates in the north suburbs and the continued migration of institutional capital into Indiana industrial and multifamily — we’re becoming a national logistics powerhouse.
