This wooded wonderland, situated on a serene, non-motor, fishing and activity spring-fed lake, closed last week! Thomas Lake is a true Putnam County oasis where bald eagles and heron soar overhead, fox frolic in the woods, hummingbirds wage fierce airborne battles, fish leap out of the water to snatch evening snacks and the lightning bugs put on a light display at night. The owners put in the work to get this little gem prepped for the market, the professional photography highlighted the wonderous nature of this special slice of heaven and as a result, the property sold quickly. I was thrilled to help the seller through the process, but sad to say goodbye to some very special neighbors!
